Stop, Think, Do
As part of our Health and Well Being Framework, we will be implementing a social and wellbeing program at school with the students. The program is called Stop, Think, Do. The Stop, Think, Do program develops emotional resilience, personal responsibility and cooperative group skills.
The Stop, Think, Do Program aims to:
-
Develop children’s emotional and social intelligence by learning about how to STOP and control feelings, THINK about options and consequences and behave appropriately at DO.
-
Help children who are experiencing emotional or social behavioural difficulties enhance their friendships.
We will participate in activities about getting to know people, similarities and differences, look and list for feelings, communicating feelings, solving social problems, the cool and friendly way and dealing with unfriendly behaviour.
